Pre-mixing bowl of 1300 liters provided with 2 mixing arms whose rotation can be inverted together with the feeding worm for an effective premixing effect.
Speed of feeding worm adjustable to get the correct quantity of meat to the mincing worm in order
to minimize the stress of the product.
It is equipped with an electronic control panel managed by a PLC for the automatic programming of mixing cycles. All the functions of the machine can be monitored on a large display.
Feeding worm easily removable for a fast cleaning.
Main motor power up to 40 HP, one or two speeds.
